Josh, I love the personal MBA. Have you considered adding podasts like Manager Tools and my own show, The Cranky MIddle Manager (http://cmm.thepodcastnetwork.com) to the list? We interview people like David Allen, Beverly Kaye and David Norton who show up in the biggest companies in America. Practical Management should be a part of every business person’s repertoire.
